Yoga comes from the Sanskrit ‘Yug’ which means ‘to unite’. Thus, yoga is an Indian discipline that focuses union of the body, mind and soul. To facilitate this union, we raise our own energy from the base of the first chakra (survival) to the seventh chakra (consciousness). The practice of yoga provides us with a way to be more present in our individual, corporate and universal consciousness, and in turn allow us to make fair decisions.

Classes are usually for private groups consisting a minimum of four employees. We employ and put together Kundalini yoga techniques, such as, asanas (postures), relaxation and meditation methods, pranayama (breathing), and mudras (hand position).

We are flexible to accommodate to employees´ schedule in order to integrate the practice of yoga in the workplace habitat.
